As you may have noticed, work has stopped temporarily on the exterior brick replacement project. This is due to the need to purchase 1,000 additional matching bricks to complete the work. 

The process of approving the cost overrun and finding more of the correct color of bricks has caused this delay. Different sections of our building were built at different times, so it is challenging to find just the right match when we are replacing a few bricks here and there, versus building an entire wall. Delivery and installation of the additional bricks should take place sometime in September.
