This holy day of obligation falls on Saturday this year, so there will only be one Mass for the solemnity—at 8:00am on December 8—and the 5:00pm Mass will be for the regular Second Sunday of Advent. If you prefer to attend an anticipatory Mass for the solemnity on Friday, December 7, St. Peter’s Church in Richfield will have a 6:30pm Mass and St. Bonaventure in Bloomington will have a 7:00pm Mass.
