Lay Ministry (Volunteer) Hospitality

Orientation for each ministry and is scheduled by appointment with staff or volunteer leaders. Scheduling is coordinated according to individual availability.

- Types of Hospitality Ministry Opportunities
  Check one or more of the opportunities that interests you.
  Front Desk Hospitality: Assist in the parish office answering phones, welcoming visitors and performing other tasks as needed during business hours. For more information, speak with parishioner Gaye Mandt. 2 hour shifts as your schedule allows Fellowship: Serve treats, juice, coffee, hospitality to parishioners/visitors; clean-up. after Mass(es) the first Sunday of every month. To join a team, call the parish office. Parish Registration Volunteer: Welcome and hand out information to people interested in registering in parish. For more information, speak with parishioner Terry Schuhler. After your preferred Mass first weekend of each month Fall Festival: Work a shift at the festival, including set-up an clean-up. 2-4 hours or more as scheduled, November. Garden Club: Work with a team to maintain the parish gardens. For more information, speak wtih parishioner Mary Lou Schneiderhan or the Facilities Manager. Anytime, varies as scheduled/available Stewardship: There are a number of opportunities on weekends and weekdays for those with data entry skills to help with our record keeping.
