In honor of the Feast of Saint Francis of Assisi, we will be holding an outdoor Blessing of the Animals at both St. Richard and St. Peter on Friday, Oct. 4. Families may bring pets to be blessed by our priests, or bring home a vial of Holy Water to bless their pet at home.
Visitors and pets are asked to arrive at 1:30 p.m. The St. Richard prayer service will be held on the grass near the BT preschool playground. The St. Peter prayer service will be held by the statue of Mary near Nicollet Ave. All creatures great and small are welcome to join us!
