On May 23, we mailed out statement to households that have pledged to the campaign, to verify pledge amounts and planned contribution schedules.
June 1 Update: We have learned that there was a programming error in the software that generated these statements, which caused many contributions made in February and March to be left out of the "Total Amount Given."
We do have records of those contributions in our accounting system - they were simply omitted from these reports. We are working with the software company to ensure that they fix the underlying problem so that we can provide corrected statements. We hope to have this addressed within two weeks. Please accept our sincere apologies on behalf of the parish and the software programmers for this error.

June 14 Update: We continue to be in almost daily contact with ParishSoft and the Archdiocesan accounting office has joined in our efforts to ensure that resolving this software glitch is a high priority for the company. At this time, our staff is in the process of manually updating the impacted records, which is a very time-intensive process.
