Ideas will be compiled from all groups to find patterns/trends on the social hall
III.Narthex Carpet Install
March 27-March 30th Install during Spring Break
Masses moved to the Community Room during that week
IV.Brick Restoration
Project begins June 1st
Time for renovations are 6-8 weeks
V.Fall Festival Committee Meeting
Fall Festival brainstorming session took place in March
Request that for next meeting a member of the Parish Council be present
VI.Rummage Sale
Question was posed on if we skip the event this year 2017 due to time/space constraints
2018 there will be no event that year either due social hall restoration
If no rummage sale in 2017 can ask parishioners to give/patriciate in Blessed Trinity’s Rummage Sale on the St. Peter’s Campus
VII.Gift Celebration Meeting
Ideas for the Parish Council doing anything different this year than the previous one for this event
Last year candy and information was given out
Bring ideas forward before then if a change is wanted
Gift Celebration will be the weekend of June 3-4th
VIII. Lent 3 Day Event
Compliments on the sound in the social hall were given during the Fr. Joncas presentation
Sharing and Caring Hands sandwich making event had a large turnout for the 2017 year

IX.Committee Update
Faith Formation
3 Day Lent Event
Approximately 23 people arrived for Stations of the Cross on Friday evening
4 People attended the Labyrinth session on Friday evening and on Saturday morning
Approximately 120 people attended the talk given by Fr. Joncas
Sandwich making event for Sharing and Caring Hands was done on Sunday
Catholic Charities will be collecting items for refugees in April & parishioners are invited to donate
Visit to Higher Ground which is a facility with 200 beds for homeless & transient people, additional beds for those people with limited income and then others with developmental and disability needs was completed by the Faith Formation group
Facilities
Social Hall questionnaire was completed and a list of possible ideas were discussed
Bathrooms for school remodel will be moving forward this summer
Finalizing of brick selections
Discussion on upgrading the security system such as using a card scanning system for access to the building
Fire panel replacement/upgrade to be done
Discussion on possible use of professional cleaners for the kitchen
