After 10½ wonderful years serving the St. Richard community, I have accepted a new job opportunity. It has been an honor for me to serve with the professional ministry staff here and even more so the faithful parishioners. My final day will be February 24, 2021.

Over the past decade plus, I have witnessed so many developments in this community’s service to God and one another, and I am so excited for you to be entering into this deeper collaboration with fellow-Catholics in Richfield and surrounding area. This is a step I believe to be truly Spirit-led, and while I am saddened not to be part of it coming to fruition, I will be with you all in prayer.

In closing, I repeat a quote from Tertullian that I shared in an article last March. The first thing he noticed about the second-century Christians and what I treasure so much about the St. Richard community is summed up in the statement, “See how these Christians love one another!”
