Facility Rental Staff Contacts

A variety of spaces in our building are available to rent when they are not being used for church or school functions. Scheduling is dependant upon our litugies and the availability of maintenance staff to be on-site for your event.

Private Parties
We have two spaces available for wedding receptions, baptism receptions, Quinceañeras, dances, dinners, fundraisers and other private events. Our Social Hall holds up to 300 people and our Community Room holds 75. Please note that alcohol is not permitted at rental events.
The base rate for private parties in the Social Hall is $1,500 for small groups of fewer than 200 and $2,250 for groups of 200-300. Groups over 300 are not permited. In the Community Room, the base rate for parties is $700 for up to 75 people. There is also a damage deposit required and additional fees may apply for insurance, extra set-up, time, etc. For more information and an exact quote for your event, please contact the parish office at 612-869-2426, between 12:30 - 4:30pm, Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays.Rental Hours
Weekend parties can be held between the hours of 5:00pm and 1:00am on Fridays, 7:00pm and 1:00am on Saturday nights, or after 3:00pm on Sundays, if there are no parish events schedule for the date requested. There are no exceptions for earlier event or set-up times, due to our Mass schedule. Our scheduling is more flexible for events on weeknights, as long as the school is not using the space.

Nuestro Salón Social (Social Hall) tiene capacidad hasta 300 personas y nuestra Comunidad Habitación (Community Room) tiene capacidad hasta 75 personas. Rental HorarioFiestas privadas por los sábados sólo puede celebrarse entre el horario de las 7:00pm y la 1:00am, o por los domingos después de las 3:00 pm. No podemos hacer excepciones para cualquier fiesta para comenzar antes de lo que éste horario, debido a nuestro horario de misa. Nuestra programación es más flexible para los eventos entre semana, siempre que la escuela no está utilizando el espacio. -
Concerts & Other Performances
Our church worship space can be used for performances, as long as the content does not conflict with Catholic doctrine or disrupt our worship schedule. Our church worship space holds up to 850 people and does have a sound system.
Rental Hours
On the weekends, performances may be held between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Saturdays or after 3:00pm on Sundays. Times are more flexible for concerts on Friday evenings or other weekdays. For more information, please contact Nicole in the parish office.

Classes and Seminars
We have classrooms, conference rooms and a gymnasium that are available at various times outside of school and Mass hours. Special rates can be negotiated for ongoing weekly or monthly events that are paid in advance. There is a music room with a piano among the spaces available. Please note that insurance is required in order to rent our spaces. For more information, please contact Nicole in the parish office.
